Required Arguments
------------------

*filein.PRM*

	Input parameter (PRM) file

*rng_dec*

	Range decimation

	e.g. 1 for ERS ENVISAT ALOS FBD

            2 for ALOS FBS 

            4 for TSX

*fileout.grd*

	Specify output name for grid file
