Synopsis
--------
**proj_ra2ll_ascii.csh** *trans.dat phase.txt phase_ll.txt*

Description
-----------
**proj_ra2ll_ascii.csh** will project an ASCII file in radar coordinates to geocoordinates

Required Arguments
------------------

*trans.dat*     

	File generated by llt_grid2rat  (r a topo lon lat)

*phase_ra.txt*  

	An ASCII file of phase or anything

*phase_ll.txt*  

	Specify the name of the output file. Output is an ASCII file in lon/lat-coordinates
